Compliance & Auditing
The NAB prides itself on the rigorously high standards and utmost integrity in providing its clients with a service that gives them confidence that all regulatory and policy driven pre-employment screening obligations have been fulfilled.
Process
Once a new request has been made the candidates case load is assigned to on of our dedicated team of Screening Consultants. They will call the candidate directly to confirm the documentation required from the candidate to complete their case.
At each stage of the screening process the screening consultant and/or addition specialist will make personal contact with the candidate to either obtain the required documentation proving fitness to work or to arrange any further training or obtain any further documentation required to complete the candidates case. i.e. documentation to complete a criminal records check.
As each section of a candidate's case is completed the screening consultants log this on the online system which will automatically alert the client to the progress of the candidate's case.
The NAB's Screening consultants are specially trained in moving the process forward in a proactive manner and encouraging the candidates and clients in facilitating this process.
Various avenues of communication are available to ensure that the screening process is made as fast, simple and effective for all parties involved.
Quality Control
The above process only outlines what the screening consultants do to ensure the completion of a candidate's case. The Nab, however, doesn't stop there. Before a file receives final clearance it is meticulously re-checked by the NAB Compliance Department. Every piece of documentation is re-examined, serial numbers, passport and visa numbers cross-checked, documents checked again to verify, for example, that the same date of birth is present on all documents and that if a signature is required it is visible on the scanned documentation and that registration details with professional bodies match the qualification certificates provided.
Only when this final process is complete will the candidate's file be completed.
