Occupational Health Questionnaires / Pre Employment Health Screening
Provides an assessment of a candidate's suitability for a job in terms of their health based on the information they provide. The assessment aims to identify any existing health issues that may impact on performance and can be used to prevent future potential problems for the employee and employer and promote a healthy workforce. It can also inform on any ‘reasonably practicable' adjustments that managers may have to make in order to comply with the disability Discrimination Act 1995.
